We had a new roof installed by Schottenstein Roofing and the whole process was smooth and straightforward, from the initial inspection through to completion. Craig (the owner) is very polite and professional. My husband and I felt very comfortable working with him. He is honest and a straight-talker. He did not try to push us into anything or give us a hard-sell on getting a new roof.
His integrity is very refreshing. He was also very responsive to calls and emails, even answering some questions we had on a weekend. The install itself went very smoothly and was completed on-time. All of the crew were very courteous and hard-working. They cleaned up exceptionally well after the roof was installed. I would highly recommend this company.
They did an awesome job! It was so hot out and they were troopers! I'm highly satisfied with my color choice of roofing and the installers were very professional and fast! I just wish I would have offered them water or to spray them down with the hose because it was so hot outside I felt bad!
