Services
We provide multiple roofing services, based on specific need: roof replacement; roof retrofit (placing a new roof over an existing roof); roof renovation/restoration, and roof repair.
When doing a repair or looking for the source of a leak, we'll do "coring" to determine the components of the roof assembly.
Coring tells us about the elements we're dealing with - the roof deck, insulation, vapor retarder, waterproofing membrane - and can also tell us if all of the materials in the core sample are dry.
A leaky roof can be from any number of causes.
The most common are poor construction, poor repair and lack of maintenance.
Whatever the cause, even in New Mexico, water will find the "path of least resistance, " sometimes traveling a very long way before it eventually makes itself visible.
If a roof isn't built or repaired correctly, the number of nightmare scenarios is limitless, from annoying and embarrassing stains on ceilings and walls, to costly concerns about mold and mildew.

We perform the initial roof inspection to determine the condition of the existing roof assembly construction and conditions.
We have a discussion with the owner or owner's representative to fully clarify needs and expectations.
As soon as we receive a purchase order, we schedule a Pre-Construction Conference to discuss logistics, staging, safety concerns, possible job-related disruptions, start date, daily working hours and any other customer questions or concerns.
Maintenance isn't just important to keep your roof leak-proof, it's also required to protect and maintain your roof warranty.
While your roofing contractor takes care of problems within the first two years, after that the roofing materials manufacturer is responsible for the warranty - which will only hold if you do the required maintenance.
Maintenance can be as simple as walking over a roof in the fall and spring to check for integrity, state of caulking/sealant, and to look for any collection of moisture.
Overview: This project consisted of the demolition of classroom buildings, the construction of new two-story classrooms and the renovations of several other buildings that included roof removals and replacements.
The building in the photograph is the 50-year-old cafeteria.
The original metal roof was in poor shape and the building was in need of added thermal insulation to lower energy consumption.
This portion of the work was unusually difficult, requiring proprietary equipment to roll-form and curve the panels onsite and - more importantly - installation experience.
