The council dis-cusses and addresses issues and positions of importance being considered by NRCA's board of directors and committees, whether submitted for comment to the council by NRCA or originating from the council.
The council elects a chairperson every two years; however, there is no limit to the number of times an affiliate executive may serve in this role.
