First, we determine the life expectancy of the roof.
We do this by inspecting the roof, looking for deterioration of base flashings, blisters, bare spots in the roof's field, and judging the roof's overall condition.
We may need to take a test cut off the roof to diagnose the roofing system currently in place.
Finally, we work with the customer to determine the best roofing system to meet their current and future requirements.
We may remove the existing roof system components down to the structural deck or salvage existing insulation if possible.
