I was getting an estimate for soffit and gutter repair and he noticed that a previous roofer had failed to tape down the rubber porch roof to the drip edge and water was getting into the beam below (a fact I confirmed with a different roofer whose estimate I did not use).
That alone will save us money and damage in the future.
All the repairs were done in a day and they look great.
Would definitely hire again.
