They built a small office and sheet metal shop in Northeast Longview, where the company is still located to this day.
With less than 10 employees and through hard work and perseverance, they became known as a premier commercial roofing company in east Texas.
After Mr. Curtis retired in 1990, Terry became the sole owner of the company.
The business grew rapidly through the 1990's and 2000's as new customers were made in the Governmental, medical and public school sectors.
The original office space and shop were expanded in 1994 and again in 2005.
