The best place to look to find out if your roof is dirty is on the down-side (under) of the chimney, the metal vent pipes and/or the vents.
There you should find a lighter color.
That is the original color when you have a clean roof.
And that is what yours will look like after we are done with the roof service!
Have at least a 3:12 pitch, which means that a roof rises 3 feet for every 12 feet of its base horizontal length.
