We are asking that all our customers stay inside the house or business while our technicians are on site. When our technicians arrive at your house or business we will have them call you so that you know they have arrived and to let you know they will be going on your roof.
Most of our visits do not require our technicians to enter the home and in the case of leaks where normally our technician would go in to see it, we are asking if the area is visible through a window you direct our technician to the window while on the phone and allow them to see it this way.In a case where it is not visible through a window we can be directed by using physical markers on the house "The leak is two feet to the right of a skylight."
