Being retired, I had the time and interest to watch much of the work being done.
I can't emphasize enough how pleased I was with the quality of work and the professionalism exhibited by those on the roof as well as those tending to the clean up on the ground.

We needed a new asphalt shingle roof, I did the typical 4 quotes and Falcone came in the lowest of all the estimates as far as price.
Also I look at who is qualified to do the job, you also have to consider how experienced are they and look at the type of people that do the work.
I also call in a few questions later to see how they respond, if it takes hours, or days to get back to me.
I dealt with Rich (actually I forget his name), he was a manager and responded quickly.

Replaced an old roof on a small Cape Cod house including 64 feet of roof decking.
They also did a very minor repair on the siding where the electrical meter had been pulled off the wall during storms this past winter.

They removed my left shingle side wall and two windows and installed new red cedar shingles to the side wall and two new Anderson windows.
