A tornado impacted my family. The insurance company initially investigated and paid a meager sum for repairs. Franklin Hammond came in to coordinate the repairs and discovered more damage than my insurance had reported. He took control to represent us through multiple visits to document or take photos to supply to the insurance company. I received damage to my home due to tornado damage December 9, 2023. Once Quality Exteriors became my contractor for the repairs needed, I noticed progress being made very quickly. QE did my roof a year ago. I'm late with the review but life happened. I love my roof it looks amazing. Everyone was very professional and the communication was top notch. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that I have nails protruding out everywhere in the attic. I don't use my attic often so I didn't notice several months until after the work had been completed. Other than that no complaints.

Our 16-year old roof suffered major damage from a wind storm in March 2023. Upon the recommendation of a neighbor, we contacted Quality Exteriors. One of their reps, Jaime Westenbarger, came to inspect our roof the very next day. As expected, he advised we would need a new roof and said he would handle everything with our insurance company - which he did.
All we had to do was file a claim and Jaime handled the rest - very simple process! In addition, the crew was great - covered all of our shrubs, finished the roof in 1.5 days (as projected), and cleaned everything up. We would definitely recommend Quality Exteriors!

I can't say enough good things about Quality Exteriors. I was in need to a new roof after recent storm damage. Jaime Westenbarger was the Representative that showed up to access the damage. The man who came out to give us an estimate, Blake Pugh, has been nothing short of amazing! Because of Blake we were able to get an adjuster out here from our insurance company. Before that we thought we were going to be out of pocket for everything. Blake even came back to the house when the insurance adjuster came so that he could try to do everything to make sure that we got as much of the damage covered by our insurance as we possibly could.
He saved us at least $10,000 out of pocket! Blake even rescued two kittens while he was here so you can't really beat that. No one could beat that LOL I highly recommend Quality Exteriors and Blake Pugh!

Contemplating the current construction environment in Middle-Tennessee, I felt confident that Lowe's, in conjunction with their selected roofing sub-contractor, was as wise a choice as I could make. It appears that the actual roofing company proved to be outstanding in both administration and application of our selected products. Quality Exteriors did a great job. Their attention to detail has been impressive. They were very helpful working with the insurance Co. and dealing with the HOA. Before stripping the roof, they covered everything including placing buckets over flower and plants to protect them. When completed, they searched the yard and cleaned up everything. To have three different people walk the yard with magnets to pickup nails afterwards was important. I would definitely use them again.

We received exceptional service from Creed & Steve today as they repaired our roof. Not only did they repair the damage but the actually fixed it in a way that area won't be problematic if snow and ice pile up on our roof in the future. The communication throughout every step of the process was fast, efficient, and hassle free- especially when it came to determining the damage done, contacting my insurance company, and getting my new roof installed. I had a bad experience with another company. When Steve CHRISTAL took over with quality exteriors everything went so smoothly. All the workers were extremely courteous and efficient. They let me know what was going on every step of the way. No worries, no cleanup. I would give them A 100% rating from start to finish. Services Gutter installation, Roof inspection, Loft ventilation, Roof installation.

After recent leaks on my old roof, I reached out to the team at QE. They promptly reviewed my roof and personal situation and proposed a solution that would not only fit my current budget, but would last a long time. The installers and foreman showed up on time and worked diligently. They cleaned up behind themselves and my new roof looks and performs great. We've had the rains to test it.

We had a few shingles come loose on a hard wind storm. The team at QE came out quickly and didn't waste my time or theirs by trying to force an insurance claim when it wasnt needed. They advised and completed the repair. I was able to make payment right there with the company's app and get on about my day! Thank you Quality Exteriors! I look forward to seeing you for my gutter cleaning and gutter guard installation now that the leaves are almost all fallen!

I know nothing about quality roofing, so I chose Quality Exteriors (QE) hoping I could trust them based on other positive reviews. My QE job supervisor came back after the job was complete and tried to pressure the insurance company (and then me personally) to pay for extra materials not included in the original contract which the insurance adjuster said could not be justified.
I originally posted a 2-star review because of this issue. I was SO IMPRESSED that QE followed up on my negative review by sending a representative to my house to discuss and resolve the issue. I believe (based on all the other 5-star reviews) that this negative experience was an anomaly, and I have absolutely no reason to question that I received the quality roofing job from QE that I originally expected.

I am so IMPRESSED and AMAZED at the service. One week my husband and I got it approved with the insurance and the next week we had a new root. They said they would be here at 7am. At 645 they started showing up. At exactly 7 they started working. As a TEAM! By 1030 I had a new roof and a cleaned up yard and driveway and they were gone! I couldn't have asked for anything better!

I am a State Farm agent and deal with potential roofing claims on a weekly basis with our policy holders. Our claim specialist was Matt Caylor and he went above and beyond. Our family had no idea what to expect with the process of replacing our roof and he guided us step by step. We started off with a different company and they had poor communication and misdiagnosed the problem so we had a bad taste of dealing with a contractor. We were so happy when we went with Quality Exteriors.
Not only did they provide excellant customer service, they called multiple times letting us know what was going on and answered any question I had. Thank you so much Matt and our roof is beautiful.
