Despite the fact that I scheduled the estimates with everyone and was present when they arrived, they all chose to direct their conversations to my husband - except Fredi, who addressed us both. He also arrived early for our appointment. Fredi was very personable and professional, and he was the only one to actually get up on the roof and go into the attic to see what was going on.
