Ron Crist Jr still being a minor at the time, gained none of the records, earnings, or debts of Crist Roofing.
He did however inherit the damage caused by losing not only his Dad but a great man, a role model.
He had to stand by and watch the aftermath of greed and selfishness take over what was left of the original Crist Roofing.
After watching things progressively get worse, he finally stood up for his late father by doing what he thought he should do out of respect for his Dad.
