John Coyne, sadly looking around, was in despair until an inspiration arose from his heart. He wanted to help the people keep dry and be happy so from that time on the roofer was born. He then started 5 Star Roofing Company and the 5 stars symbolized his sons in military service during world war ll. After the war some of the sons returned to the roofing industry to continue to help the people keep dry and stay happy.
In 1973 Bob Coyne was one of those sons and he continued the service with his sons, now in 2018 after successfully running the company his father started, Pat Coyne Sr.l Bob's oldest comes out of retirement with his son Patrick Coyne ll and his sons, and a new beginning emerges from a long time roofing family to continue serving the people with an Authentic experience that was once started from an inspiration in the 1930s so many generations ago.

We are so happy with Patrick, Mary and the crew at Authentic Roofing. Our new roof is beautiful and a job well done. Patrick and the work crew were courteous and helpful in explaining the process. They were careful with our surrounding property with debris clean up. They even repaired the roof on our old garage. I would highly recommend Authentic Roofing for any roofing job you might need.

The whole team were friendly, very knowledgeable and professional and very neat and tidy, and safe, when replacing our roof. They were also very careful to make sure they didn't damage surrounding trees, bushes and driveway. They took great care not to hurt our curious cats whilst working. Highly recomended.

Patrick Coyne and his crew are the best! This past winter, we had a roof that was leaking badly. Patrick was recommended by another roofer who does not work on flat roofs. I did my due diligence with the contractor's board and research. Patrick is well-qualified. He is from a family that owns a roofing business and has worked also for a local roofing company.
I was widowed three and a half years ago and was really worried about having to contract a major repair on our house. My husband did all of those things. I also have mobility issues and told him I would have to rely on him because I would not be able to get up on a ladder to see the work. He assured me that he would he would not mislead me.
He gave me an estimate, including the applicable guarantees, Told me the expected time frame of the work, subject to the weather cooperating, and told me that he did not accept payment until the job was done. Unlike another roofer that we had used in the past, Patrick told me that he estimated high instead of adding charges on along the progress of the job. He stated that the final cost might be less depending on how much material would be necessary to do the job.
He and his crew were here every day early, and informed me if there had to be delays. They worked very hard in hot weather, taking only a lunch break, and on some days working late. They constructed a beautiful new roof with gutters and downspouts. When the job was finished, they cleaned up the debris. Not a bit was left. The price was fair considering that the roof was so old most of it had to be replaced.
He also sent photos of the new roof.
