Rick began roofing for his uncle's union roofing company Altemeyer Roofing in Kirkwood, MO at the age of 20.
He labored day in and day out all the while learning how to provide high quality roofing systems.
When his uncle was ready to retire, Rick took over the company with a partner.
It was then that he learned to manage a business, and began building strong relationships with his suppliers and customers.
