The main roof and penthouse of this impressive office complex was completely removed down to the concrete deck and replaced with a high quality, fully adhered TPO roof system. Utilizing a cost saving perimeter safety rail system, 22 individual balcony roofs were also safely installed. A challenging and ultimately successful project. This 65,000 square foot project required high levels of coordination between vendors, tenants, and customers.
The result: a beautifully installed, high quality roof system. Almost 3 million pounds of river rock ballast was removed from this 280,000 square foot industrial warehouse space. A new mechanically attached roof system was then installed on a strict deadline with winter approaching.
