With our certified applicator network, we apply the best roof in, and designed for, the industry. We train and maintain our applicator's knowledge making sure they adhere to the strict standards of our high performance prep process. This ensures your roof never leaks and never fails. The 6 second dry time lets FlexArmor roofs be 3 times thicker than other RV roof materials.

A FlexArmor Warranty is fully transferable and follows the RV, giving all owners peace of mind. FlexArmor is an RV specific pure polyurea formula that once combined with our proprietary process eliminates the most common roof issues that plague RV owners. FlexArmor roofs remove the need to constantly climb on your roof to inspect for damage, or to reapply caulking.

They don't suffer from punctures from low hanging branches. At 3/16 of an inch thick, and with a tear strength of 3500 psi, most impacts bounce off of FlexArmor roofs. We had our roofing our 2002 Dutch Star replaced last year with these guys. The roof had significant wood damage and a major leak.
Services
Is a FlexArmor roof a bad idea?
When you own a business, you spend the majority of your time working on showing people why your product is superior, or your customer service is better, or some other positive aspect.
The reality is, every product or service has pros.
At FlexArmor locations, we witness trends in the RV industry, especially as they relate to roofs.
There have been 2 big issues the last few years that keeps increasing and many RV owners are frustrated by the answers they receive from dealers or service centers.
FlexArmor is a revolutionary sprayed RV roof alternative for RV owners.
The main principle behind FlexArmor is if you remove the caulking joints found on an RV roof, you remove the potential for leaks.
FlexArmor is a completely seamless RV roof and is also a tougher material than other RV roofs.
This means incidents with trees at your favorite campground won't lead to a costly repair.
FlexArmor RV Roof is the only sprayed, pure polyurea in the RV industry.
It is an A and B chemical that is applied by authorized applicators at various locations.
FlexArmor doesn't require any special maintenance to keep your RV in great shape or keep you warranty in effect.
You do not have to caulk your roof or apply special cleaners or conditioners on the FlexArmor roof system.
You can use any kind of household cleaner you want.
This roof system has an extremely high chemical resistance and is not affected by cleaners or bleach.
It is designed to be "self cleaning" which means most everyday dust and dirts wash off when it rains.
It is non porous so it resists many stains and mildew.
We have pictures of FlexArmor in all stages (on all types of RV and trailer roofs), videos showing and explaining the roof system, and existing customers telling you exactly what FlexArmor means to them.
If that's not enough, we have social media where customers are sharing their pictures and experience AND we also have a calendar of tradeshows where you can come touch and see an actual FlexArmor roof (ok, it's on our tiny trailer, but it's the real deal!)
You can also follow us on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram to see customer uploaded images of their FlexArmor RV Roofs!
We used the Denton DFW location after our Solitude membrane delaminated.
It was $4k less than getting a new EPDM only to have to keep caulking multiple times each year.
We love the new roof.
GREAT insulation benefits, quieter, and have not had to caulk the roof in the two+ years we have had it.
Love the piece of mind.
We had the skylight covered and am so glad.
Really keeps bathroom cooler and prevents yellowing of shower.
They coated the skylight with the blue primer, which gives a sky/ocean look from underneath.
