John Manchester Senior established Manchester-O'Neill Roofing Company in 1979. John Manchester began his craft of roofing in 1967 and would later create his own company in 1979. In 2003, after John Manchester senior's passing, Manchester O'Neill Roofing was taken over by John's youngest son, Mark Manchester. Mark began roofing in 1988 along side his father learning the ins and outs of all things roofing.
