Patten Roofing is committed to providing the best roof to meet the customer's needs. Whether repairs or replacement, we strive to provide as much information as possible to make an informed and knowledgeable decision. We are not a "Here Today Gone Tomorrow" business. We are a family owned and operated business. Our name is on the line. We answer the phone.
We meet with you. We do the work: Not a generic sub-contractor, but our own employees, who live and raise their families in our community. And in case you can't tell, we take pride in it. The Patten name has been associated with roofing for 60 years now. We've seen and been through a lot. But we are still here and going strong, growing, expanding, learning and striving to continue for many more years to come.
We invite you to get to know a bit more about us and the products and services available to you.

For most of us, the roof is "out of sight and out of mind" at least until there are problems.
For this reason, the importance of regular inspection and maintenance can never be over- emphasized.
Regular inspection and early detection of potential problems will maximize the life expectancy of a roof.
We can set up a maintenance schedule for consistent and comprehensive roof management.

Although initially more costly to install, the long term cost savings is what sets built-up roofs apart from all the single-ply systems.
Modified Bitumen (MB) roofing is an asphalt-based, close cousin of the built-up roof designed for buildings with low-slope or flat roof structures.
