Peter began learning the roofing trade in 1978 in his home country of South Africa.
He founded his first roofing company there in his early twenties before moving to the United States.
He worked in Southern California for several years for a company where he not only obtained installation experience but also opened a new branch for them in Northern California - before pursuing his own venture in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Peter obtained his Contractor's license in 1988 and established Skyline Roofing in 1991.
