Well that was before I met Bill. And Bill did all of this after I requested and received a date and a time change on two separate appointments due to work related conflicts.
It should also be noted that the employee who scheduled my appointment and conducted a follow up call was extremely pleasant and helpful. WOW! Quality service, quality people and no up charge!
