We tear off all the old shingles, inspect all of the decking for damaged boards, replace flashing along walls and chimneys, we cover up all shrubs and landscape during the tear off process. We then install high quality synthetic felt and your choice of heritage 30 year or duration 40 year shingles. We install 26 gauge R panel metal roof systems and all accessories for commercial roofing.
We also install TPO 60 mil vinyl roofing for strip malls, grocery stores, warehouses and any building with a low pitch or flat roof design. TPO is a heat weld system and our employees are trained and certified by the manufacturer. Missing shingles, Pipe flashings, Chimney leaks, Siding/wall flashing, Damaged Vents, Low slope ice and water guard.
