HRC Roofing & Sheet Metal is a proud member of the local 119 Roofing, Waterproofing and Allied Workers Union where our staff members receive training in a three-year apprenticeship program before graduating to a Journeyman. We also have sheet metal workers who belong to Local 20 Sheet Metal Workers Union. Sheet metal workers engage in a five-year apprenticeship school.
