REI Construction Services, Inc. was contracted to replace the worn roofing system over an entrance tunnel built into the rock face located in the mountainous region of western South Carolina. The project was successfully completed under budget, on schedule and with no accidents or injuries. This combined office and warehouse facility was fully operational during the 2016 pavement replacement project.
All areas of the existing asphalt pavement with the exception of one entrance / exit drive lane were replaced. Two areas of pavement were specified for full depth reclamation (FDR). REI Construction Services, Inc. was contracted to manage this building envelope waterproofing project for a multi-use office and warehouse facility. The project was completed on schedule and did not exceed the budgeted amount.
