Since we started in 1999 we have sought to deliver quality construction work to each home owner that we have had the privilege to work with. We have endeavored to maintain clear and proactive communication throughout the project cycle, and to address any and all questions that have arisen. Al replaced our roof in April of 2014 after we experienced hail damage.
He was extremely knowledgeable and efficient in the work that was completed. He was extremely flexible in working with us and coordinating inspections since it was an insurance claim. He gave us a great finished product that is functional and great to look at. He went over and above the initial job due to issues from previous builders to help us remedy ventilation problems and even guided us through additional add-ons we requested.
I would 100% use him again in the future. Diligent Builders replaced my Asphalt Shingle Roof. We were very pleased with the work Diligent builders did on my home, the quality of work and customer service was fantastic, I definitely recommend them!
