Blue's Roofing Company was founded in 1973 by Gaylord Blue and his values have continued through the years with the entire Blue family. Our work largely comes from word of mouth and repeat clients with whom we have built relationships. These include general contractors Devcon Construction, Turner, Western National Contractors, Webcor Builders, Hathaway Dinwiddie, Swinerton Builders, Lend Lease, and Rudolph & Sletten.
We also have built a strong relationship with premier roofing and waterproofing consultants Simpson Gumpertz & Heger (SGH) and Allana Buick & Bers (ABB). The foundation of these relationships are hard work, trust and integrity. Blue's has a long standing history of involvement in the roofing and waterproofing community, with our founder serving as the 1983-1984 President of the Western States Roofing Contractors Association (WSRCA), to current employees serving on their Board of Directors.
We also have employees serving on WSRCA committees dedicated to coordinating and developing research and technical programs for current and continuing problems and trends in the waterproofing and roofing market.

Services
Annual maintenance agreements include two scheduled visits per year to inspect, remove debris, and repair any minor deficiencies.
Any leaks which may occur during your annual maintenance will be covered by the agreement.
Annual price to be paid at the beginning of the maintenance agreement as estimated and negotiated by service manager Mike Greer.

Safety is of the utmost importance, which is why we created Blue's Safety Committee.
This committee was established to help ensure safe operations in all aspects of our business through the promotion of workplace safety.
For safety to be effective, it must be incorporated at all levels; to accomplish this committee members consist of members from management, office, warehouse, as well as field personnel.
Blue's Safety Committee's directive is to provide a forum, which will thoroughly hear, address, analyze, update, change, and enhance our safety program and its procedures.
This committee was established to help ensure safe operations in all aspects of our business through the promotion of workplace safety.
