Guest Roofing was formed in 1985 by now President and CEO James Guest. After serving the residential market for the first few years Guest Roofing began moving into the commercial market. Guest Roofing then became a member of The Associated General Contractors of America as an Associate Member and began bidding commercial work. Guest Roofing has worked through the years for numerous General Contractors in Central Texas as well as many commercial property owners both in manufacturing and commercial space properties.
Guest Roofing has also worked for the State of Texas including many Texas School Districts, Colleges, Universities, and Hospitals including both new construction and re-roofs. We have also always maintained a great working relationship with many of our Churches in the Central Texas area. Guest Roofing has never failed to complete a contract. Our Motto is "We Do It Right" We don't believe in cutting corners and that the real difference is in the details.
There have been a lot of changes in the roofing industry in the last 30 plus years, but one thing that hasn't changed with Guest Roofing is the quality and craftsmanship we put in every roof we do.

We participate in current OSHA standards as outlined in 29CFR 1926 OSHA Construction Industry Regulations.
Guest Roofing's on-site foreman's have completed OSHA's 10 hour basic program for job site safety.
James Guest has completed OSHA's 30 hour safety program for foreman's and superintendents.
Guest Roofing is also a member of The National Roofing Contractor's Association where James Guest has received his CERTA (Certified Roofing Torch Applicator) Train The Trainer Certification in applying Torch Applied Modified Bitumen Materials.
