Kevin J. Holmes got his first State Contractor's license in 1981 as a Residential Contractor.
He built and remodeled many homes until 1986 when he got his General Contractor's license.
The General license allowed him to broaden his resume to Commercial and Industrial projects.
Over the years he has built and remodeled commercial businesses from "Main St. to Industrial Row".
The list of clients includes Dentists, Lawyers, Fire Districts, Industrial Cabinetmakers, Manatee County Housing Authority and many others.
