Most facilities do not know they have a roofing problem until water has entered the building and caused damage.
Most facilities do not know they have a roofing problem until water has entered the building and caused damage.
We do not want that to happen to you!
With our preventative maintenance program, we will come out and inspect your roofs and fix any issues that could be a problem in the future.
Once we have inspected your roofs, we will provide you with recommendations to consider that will prolong the life of your roof.
In some cases it may also extend your warranty.
Proper drainage is crucial for your roof.
Keeping all employees, vendors, and contractors safe and OSHA compliant is a priority at Water Control.
One fear that most facilities share is the fear of someone falling off their roof.
Over 32% of deaths in the construction industry are attributed to falls.
Fall injuries have received punitive damage on average over $100k and some cases have been awarded multi-million dollar judgements.
It is imperative that you protect yourself and the health of anyone on your roof.
We provide OSHA compliant fall protection systems from the planning stage to the installation.
Many people have installed new roofs after 1989 and believe that asbestos is something they do not need to worry about.
The problem for some building owners is that if they roofed over an existing roof, the existing roof (now bottom roof) could have asbestos in it.
Asbestos has a history in roofing materials.
It was not banned until 1989, so some roofs still have asbestos in them today.
Whether you are dealing with more than one roof and fear your bottom one could be asbestos, or if you only have one roof but the age of it makes you believe it could be asbestos, we are here to help you.
Steep slope roofing has a slope on the roof which allows water to flow off of your building with ease.
Low slope roofing is what you find on many of your larger buildings where the roof decks are flat or near flat.
While shedding water from your building is very easy on steep slope roof decks, it does take a little more planning and engineering to remove water from your low slope roof deck.
We do this by adding slope while we insulate your roof deck, making your drains, gutters, or scuppers the lowest point on your low slope roof.
