This results in ponding water and will shorten the life of your roof.
With tapered insulation, we add a 1/8" to 1/4" slope to help shed the water, thereby giving you the longest lasting roof possible.
There are several options in flat roof products.
Most commonly used is Modified Bitumen, sometimes referred to as "Rolled Roofing."
Our system includes a base sheet, a mid ply and finally a cap sheet.
This extra layer of the mid ply gives you piece of mind that your roof won't leak.
