In the early years of Aaron's business a young man who was just out of high school named Merle came to work for Yoder Family Roofing.
Merle began as a cleanup boy for Aaron and later found his own niche in the roofing business working on Aaron's crew.
In 2008 Aaron decided to retire from roofing to pursue farming and made the decision to sell the business to Merle.
In the early years of Aaron's business a young man who was just out of high school named Merle came to work for Yoder Family Roofing.
