I got my start with the Girl Scouts, singing for adults in elderly homes and caring for horses in rehabilitation.
As I got older, most of my volunteering was rooted in Healthcare.
My favorite was working with Alzheimer's patients.
Seeing them recognize me, even though they didn't know who I was, made me realize the impact of my service.
