Our prestigious history in the DC metro region started in 1925. As it happens, two of our roofing projects have made an iconic mark on the region's landscape - the White House and the Mormon Temple. In addition to these two famous landmarks, Virginia Roofing Corporation's roofers installed the roof on the Gunston Hall Visitor's Center, several buildings in National Harbor, and facilities on Joint Base Andrews.

Like a lot of roofers just starting out, our founder Joseph V McClaskey started his roofing business out of his Alexandria residence on King Street. His wife Nellie McClaskey handled the numbers and his son Clyde followed in his father's entrepreneurial footsteps.
