Services
The Van Martin Company is a family-owned roofing contractor based in Southwestern Ohio.
We specialize in residential, commercial, and industrial roofing repair and installations.
We have built a reputation for quality, integrity, and customer care that sets us apart from other Ohio roofing contractors.
Our reputation starts at the top, we don't believe in settling for less, and we don't expect you to either.
When you choose a roof by Van Martin, you'll get a superior product and a local Ohio roofing professional to guide you through the process.
The crew did an excellent job removing the old and installing the new quickly & efficiently and the clean up was very thorough.
There were some issues with the installation of the skylights but they were all resolved to our satisaction and the whole project was completed in less than a day.
We are very pleased with the new roof and skylights.
I worked with Alex for my gutter guards (which work fantastic - keeps all the whirly birds out and are easy to clean) and a recent roof inspection.
I thought there was shingle damage and possibly some water damage on my decking.
The insidious nature of hail damage is that it may pose no immediate threat to the structural integrity of the roof.
However, many insurance companies have a "statute of limitations" of how long a hail claim is viable.
If you have experienced a loss such as hail damage it is prudent to take care of the problem promptly, before leading to other associated problems.
Wind-driven rain can cause sloped roof coverings to shift and lift.
Rain can then easily slide under the roof covering and directly onto the unprotected roof deck, where it causes leaks and damage to the inside of the home.
In Ohio, the winters can slow down our installation process due to less daylight hours and adverse working conditions.
Spring and fall rains only slow down the process, but really have no effect on the work itself.
Still, summer is without a doubt the best time to install a new roof.
Low leak tolerance means the "failure" decision is reached earlier.
It is generally better to reroof at the appropriate juncture, rather than pour money and time into ill-advised repairs, but there are exceptions, which means a thorough inspection is all that more essential to the process.
Both you and your home need coverage and protection you can count on, and you'll get both with Van Martin Roofing.
We leave no shingle unturned when it comes to providing our customers with quality roofing.
We also make sure that we keep our services as affordable as possible without compromising on the quality we deliver.
To ensure your total satisfaction, we provide our Certified contractors with extensive training materials developed by technical experts, enabling them to stay fresh in the latest roof installation techniques.
