S.C.I. Roofing & Construction

We have been getting bids for a new roof and gutters. Picked SCI roofing and construction for this project. Our roof was leaking and Insurance would NOT cover it, so we waited for taxes to come back. Scheduled our appointment, in the last hour of the workers finishing up our roof, 3 trucks pull up and out hopped Christian, Dylan and Dalton. We already put down the 20% they required to start the job and final payment was due when the roof was done. Christian pulls us aside to talk, and started to say how they really had us in there hearts and wanted to help us in our time of need. They got owens corning (roofing materials) and the gutter company on board, and comped the rest of the project. Instead of handing them over 6,000$ we only owed 720$!
my husband and I couldn't do anything but cry and thank them and the good lord above for this amazing blessing! From the start SCI was professional, polite, accommodating and went above and beyond to answer all our questions to make sure we were getting what we needed and wanted. Even did 3 consultations at the house with us before we decided to go with S.C.I.
As well as the project manager Joey was on site all day with us to make sure the crew was doing there job properly. Every question or concern he immediately addressed it with no hesitation.
As well as there products are top notch, so is there customer service! We highly recommend S.C.I to anyone in need of anything roofing or construction, they do it all!

SCI Roofing did an excellent job on our roof replacement. They were knowledgeable, courteous, and professional, and the entire process was extremely smooth and easy from start to finish. Josh Fisher did a wonderful job working with us and our insurance company to get our replacement for hail damage approved and installed at a time that worked well with our schedule. The installation crew were great as well. They were hard-working, efficient, and very polite. They finished the whole job in one day and did a very thorough job cleaning up afterwards. Our project went well in all ways and we are very happy with our new roof.

I contacted SCI for my place of business due to a roof leak. The leak had come through the drop ceiling before anyone in the office realized it. They came out immediately to tarp the roof. They also performed a thorough inspection in the attic space to make sure there were no other issues. Once I gained approval from corporate to repair the roof they were out the same week to complete the neccessary repairs. Everyone I dealt with at SCI was very courteous and professional. Very responsive.
I've also seen their work in other areas of construction including fencing and bathroom remodeling and have been very impressed with the quality of work.
I would highly recommend SCI to anyone looking to remodel their home.
