In this the desert of subpar contractors and uncertainty, Advanced Roofing Solutions, LLC is an oasis. Tim and his crew are professionals who arrive on time, and completed the scope of work well before deadline. The flat roof on our small Montrose townhome community in was in a bad way, having several torch-down repair iterations we had passed the event horizon of diminishing return and requried a longer term solution. Tim first sent one of his key men out, and later came himself to access and gave several options.

The solution we went with was: installing fanfold recover boards in the low spots, then creating positive drainage of ridged foam board insulation, all overlaid with TPO. All the vents, and fascia were properly flashed and sealed, and gutters re-installed. This long-term solution was further facilitated by the financing Tim offered. The financing was done from his goodness of heart, and honestly saved us. Its been a year and we've not had a single issue. Great work from a great company! Thank you Tim and Advanced Roofing!

Advanced Roofing & Repair did an excellent job inspecting my roof, advising me on what was needed, and repairing it. They were thorough and addressed my main concerns! I have two types of roofs on my house; one is slanted and the main roof is flat. Tim scheduled two teams to come repair my two roofs. Each job was completed in one day. The project manager kept me informed by providing me updates along with pictures of how the progress of the job was going. I would definitely call on Advanced Roofing again whenever I need to fix my roof, which will probably be in about 20 to 30 years!

We found some water dripping from our laundry room ceiling. Called Advanced Roofing & they were very responsive. They sent estimator out next day. Repairs were done quickly as estimated with no hazzal, or extra. Good cleaning after. No more leaking from rain last night.

Tim and his team were great! Roof looks awesome after removal and replacement. I had some rotten wood that they cut out and replaced as well. They also replaced all the worn vents to make my roof look awesome! There was no debris or trash left over after the job as well. Had the best quote of three companies I surveyed here in town. My roof is on the 4th floor of my townhome and it now has a 10 year warranty.

Had a roof with a leak and a couple bad spots. Called out several contractors who would want to sell me a whole new roof way over my budget and not listen to my needs. Jorge with Advanced came out listened to what I needed gave me a quote on the spot. The day we scheduled to do the work he was prompt, efficient swept up dust in the room and showed me pictures of the completed job (couldn't even tell a thing had been changed). He had great customer service. I will use this company again for future roof projects and will recommend to friends and family.

Advanced Roofing & Repair was quick to respond after Hurricane Harvey. Our church's roof needed to be replaced. We considered different alternatives and had other quotes but chose Advanced Roofing because Tim took time to explain the process to us. He was upfront with prices and what they were going to do. Sure enough the final bill was what he quoted. They managed to fit us in earlier than scheduled which helped because rain was in the forecast.
