First, the pricing was great. Another roofer I got pricing from was $6,000 higher, but said that Nick Tracey was great--so why would I hire someone else? A dumpster and porta potty were delivered the Friday before they started, and both were gone the day after they finished. The crew was efficient, even in 100 degree weather on a black roof! The roof looks wonderful, and they improved on the previous work: better flashing, correcting the too-narrow slot under the ridge vent. They even painted the white PVC vent stack black to better blend in. There was a supervisor onsite all the time. A pleasure to work with.

Got a quote from 4 roofers and Nick was the most professional. Gave a break down of every material used and was helpful in choosing a great designer shingle color. His pricing wasn't the lowest, but it was reasonable and he was the most reliable roofer. His crew worked hard and got the job done in 1 day and cleaned up well after. Had one minor adjustment I requested later on the ridge vent and he fixed it same day.

Nick Tracey and his team were professional, timely, and responsive to our needs. Nick was up front about potential overages, and informed us about the entire process. His project managers were professional, courteous and focused on the safety of their very hard working team. Clean-up left us better than when they started. There was an issue with 1 section of our roof which should have cost us more, but it was completed with no extra charge. Project was done on time and on budget. We could not ask for better service and product!

I contacted Nick on a Sunday to see about getting a quote to have our roof replaced. I wasn't expecting a call back until the beginning of the work week however Nick called me back within 10 minutes and was there the following day to quote the job. We had three other quotes as well and Nick was by far the most reasonable based on price and quality of materials used.

We were originally scheduled to have the work done on Aug 2nd but there was a delay in getting the shingles from the supplier, Nick promptly called me to explain the situation and we agreed to push off the installation until the following week. The shingles arrived, Nick also had a dumpster delivered as well as a portable toilet for his crew. Everyone showed up exactly on time on installation day and got right to work, the crew was very cautious and respectful while working and they had the job done well ahead of my expectations.

The overall quality of work was very high and I truly appreciated Nick's responsiveness and attentiveness throughout the process. This is a high quality professional team and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Nick Tracey roofing did an excellent job on our roof. Professional precise and extremely clean. Large crew came in on a 98 degree day and got right to work and completed the job in 6 hours ! Nick had canopies, porta potty and lots of water for them. The dumpster was in the way for us to park our camper and Nick found a great place for us to park it very accommodating. 5 stars for sure.

Nick came out within a 24hr notice of calling for a quote. He was quick and efficient and delivered the quote 12 hours later. We scheduled the roof installation for 3 weeks out based on our schedule. Before we hit the installation date we had a huge wind and rain storm that removed shingles and resulted in a leak. We made a quick call and Nick himself arrived with a ladder and tarped up the leak within an hour. They then pulled in the installation and had the full job completed 3 days later. Amazing service! Fantastic installers and very friendly!

In June, 2021 Nick Tracey and his team did a top notch job replacing my home's 20-year old shingled roof and removing two sky lights. In our preliminary conversations, Nick provided clear and pertinent information about my options and the roof-installation process. Additionally, he kindly agreed to replace some deteriorating clapboards and fascia. Nick has a friendly and warm demeanor and he is very knowledgeable about his work.
