Can't say enough good things about Jared and his company. His communication with me was excellent. I always knew the details of his coming and going. The leak over the porch, which I had others try to find, was found and the new roof solved that problem. The price was what I could afford and much less than a larger company's estimate. One day and done. Great crew. Cleanup very good. A good experience.

We hired JS and R Roofing this past fall to replace our roof. The workers were not only professional but extremely friendly. Jarod was great and very easy to work with and contact. The quality of work is just excellent, and BONUS. the price beat any other quote we received! We read through a couple of negative reviews (looks like there's only two), and decided to go with what all of the positive reviews said and we are very happy that we did. We would highly recommend this company to anyone.

The job was done well, speedy, and the estimate was spot-on and reasonable. The chimley led was is done very well and clean looking. This review is overdue, but with the recent storms I wanted to share how well our new roof and skylights have held up! No damage at all. The Skylights and surrounding areas are nice and dry. They were leaking before we had it all redone by JS and R and it was always awful when it rained. The new roof and skylights were all done in 1 day, cleanup and all. Jarod was easy to work with and very responsive. He was great at explaining the process and products. Price was beyond fair. Would highly recommend.

Jarod displayed a great sense of professionalism. I had 10 potential bids but after I met with him, I was sold. I did not meet with the others. The price was very reasonable, he delivered on his word, that said, the job was done in one day as promised. He did an excellent job and he surpassed my expectations. Fantastic. i read the review below and needed to correct the wrongs done by the last review. I could not be happier. my cost was $10K, but i required much more than roofing. Professionals, true craftsman. Quick and completely cleaned. Job is just finishing up and we are blown away. I hope i can post pictures because my roof was bad real bad. they came in stripped it in an hour and a half.

My shrubs are alive and my house is warm. They are just finishing up my garage and my house looks spectacular. First time home buyer and was terrified of this process. JS & R was absolutely spot on. We had Jarod and his team install a new roof on our house recently and I cannot say enough good things about the service we received. They arrived at our house in the morning and by the time we got home from work you could not even tell they were there. The roof looked great and absolutely no mess left. Overall I am very pleased with the quality of work Jarod and his crew provided. The crew were timely, efficient and cleaned up the job site nicely before they left. I highly recommend Jarod and his crew. Jarod is a down to earth and tell it like it is person. I had three different companies come out and give me estimates. The two other companies had significantly higher estimates even when you accounted for their Fall / Labor Day 'discounts'.

These so called 'discounts' were obvious ways for these other companies to inflate their prices and then make you feel like you were getting some sort of better deal. Jarod provided the best estimate and broke down the details so you could understand exactly what you were paying for and why he had the better pricing. Every roof is different. My roof was seriously overdue to be re-shingled.

In one day Jarod and his crew completely stripped my roof, replaced several sections of damaged plywood, re-shingled the roof and cleaned up. I would definitely hire Jarod and his crew again.

I would highly recommend JS and R Roofing LLC. Jarod and his team were very professional. They showed up when they said they would completing our roof in a day and a half. They left our place very clean using a magnet roller to make sure there weren't any nails left behind. After receiving other quotes from other roofing companies we decided to go with Jarod because of his honest personality and fair quote. He was available at all times for any questions or concerns explaining everything in advance for what he was doing. We also had two skylights replaced by him.

Jared delivered what he promised. The price was at my number, the colors were exactly as determined and it was all completed in a week from the time of my first phone call. The crew was professional and in and out in 1.5 days. He was recommended by a friend and I wanted to go local. The yard was left clean, no damage to plants and I only found a dozen nails on my property. The product is Certainteed, a good brand name. I have begun to recommend JS and R to friends.

Jarod ( the owner) provided a detailed quote and walked through the entire job which included a checklist of items which was real good. I like attention to detail and JS and R is spot on when it comes to detail and doing the job right. Jarod scheduled the job and was on time. His crew was incredible. Each person had a task and performed excellent.

The workers were prompt and efficient and polite. They cleaned up the project when finished. I had a few leaks afterwards, due to insufficient sealants around some vents, but the owner came as soon as I called and fixed the problem and we are completely dry through all the heaviest rains. I would recommend this company, because they care to do a good job and make the customer happy.

Jarod's company is by far the most professional and ethical company I have ever utilized. From our first meeting to my project's closeout I felt taken care of in every sense of the word.
