This company is great. We got estimates from three companies. They gave us the best price estimate and was clear and up front about possible factors that could affect the estimate. When it was time to do the job, they found a perfect window of opportunity when we wouldn't have rain, and their team was quick and efficient. The bulk of the job was done in about a day and a half. The final cost matched the estimate -- no surprises. The roof looks great and is watertight. I really can't recommend these guys highly enough.

This contractor gone above and beyond his job to satsify the customer. Its demonstrates how excellent customer service can have a lasting effect on customer relationships. I will definatelly call this contractor on future projects. The contractor is a empathetic listener and makes the customer know he values their time. The front sidewalk was installed proffessionally, the area cleaned afterwards and price was right.

I needed someone for a second opinion and it needed to be done in a timely manner, United pro went above and beyond helping me and was able to meet all my needs with a couple days. Very nice, easy to communicate and responded timely. Would recommend for any job! They completed the job in 2 days and took pride in their work! Quality work that was phenomenal.

This company called us within ten minutes of putting in our request on Home Advisor. They did the repair work on the weekend and was able to finish within a short amount of time. They were polite and even showed us pictures of other areas needing repair. Their price was good which was an added bonus. We would definitely recommend.

United pro did a great job of replacing the roofs on my house and detached garage. The roofs were in terrible shape and caused leaks in my house when it rained. They also required some plywood patching and a layer of new OSB boards due to extensive water damage and old age of the wood. They came by on a Sunday for the inspection and estimate, and his team started the job early the next morning and got everything done! I am very happy with the work.

I replaced all my gutters and downspouts. The crew showed on time each day and job took less than 1 day. The area inside and out was cleaned up each day. I was very satisfied with the work that was done. I will use United Pro again and recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their home.

Benny and his team are friendly, honest, professional, and reasonably priced and step you through everything with patience and a real pride in their work. They put in two skylights at the same time as the new roof and it's absolutely beautiful - I could not be happier with their responsiveness or service.

They were extremely talented and professional! This was a very large difficult roof and they worked very hard and measured every board and area so it was done right. It looks great. The roof was completed in the amount of days they said it would be and the tenants were not inconvenienced. All debris gone. I would say YES to anyone needing a roof done

Need a new roof? I sympathize. But the happy news is that working with United Pro is a dream. From the hardworking crew to the personable client reps., their staff is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and easy to work with--complete straight shooters. I just had my entire roof redone, along with a detached garage. Their personnel went out of their way to keep me informed each step of the process, on timing and their approach.

They were very responsive to my first request and sent someone out the next day for an estimate. They scheduled the repair and kept me informed of the progress. I had no idea how happy I could be with a new roof. The service and pricing were as excellent as they could possibly be and on top of all that, the team was an absolute delight to have around. I had a panic moment after the installation began about the color of the shingles that I approved. You would think it would have annoyed them but they patiently gave me time to decide if I wanted to stop and order something else, or move forward.

I moved forward because I realized I was panicking over nothing. It could have been a moment to make me feel stupid but they genuinely just wanted me to be happy with the job. The materials used were superior to any of the other ones I was being offered by other roofers when I shopped around. The price per square foot of the job was much better than everyone else.

United Pro went over and above to make sure our roof got done in a timely fashion because we had some serious holes that needed fixed. They worked hard, no chit chat. The surrounding area looked better when they left than when they got there. Cleaned up very well. When we need gutters or the rest of the roof done definitely calling these guys!

United Pro is such an amazing company. They did great work, completed the entire siding, soffients and wrapped windows in a little over a week. They were here every day and sometimes worked to 7 at night. Again, the quality of work was excellent.

United Pro is Awesome. United Pro was referred to us by someone who uses his services often, and we can see why! His quotes are reasonable, his work is high quality, and he and his crew are professional. He initially came to repair the front steps to our building, but also repaired our sidewalk to comply with our building insurance requests. He even installed he back steps as a courtesy!

He also worked on part of the roof and did such amazing work! Woot woot! He then took the time to walk around the building with us, and explain what should be done, what wasn't done properly, and some simple fixes we could do on our own. This was immensely helpful! I called United Pro and made an appointment for an estimate. The owner responded that day and provided me with an estimate by that night. The price was very reasonable so I accepted it. My job was scheduled within a reasonable amount of time and that appointment was kept. Many contractors don't show or have many other excuses. United Pro was the total opposite.

I was very pleased with United Pro. I had a small leak in my roof that needed repairing. Given the age of my place, I was sure that my roof was finally giving out on me. Luckily, it was a relatively minor repair. They came out and took a look at where the leak was coming from in the attic and knew immediately what had caused it. He finished the job in less than half an hour!

The job was to reroof my attached garage. They were able to fit my work in the next day after signing a contract as they were doing another job nearby. They did a good job. Their estimate was significantly lower than some others. Thank you United Pro.
