Shingles were completely damaged after the hurricane hit us, this is an investment so I never realized until I came back. Eber and his crew tried contacting me multiple times and I eventually ended up calling him. I filed a claim, Eber took pictures and provided me with a roof report to send to insurance about the health of the roof, extremely helpful and awesome!

Great roof, even better customer service experience at every level, from quote to installation to follow up. The transparency in quoting and procurement was legitimately surprising. I'm certain New Era could have made a little more money on my job but chose integrity over that. Hire a roofer that would get you to write a recommendation like this.

We went through numerous roofers for quotes and upon. Meeting Eber and seeing his dedication to his job and his clients we knew he was the one. New Era roofing was very responsive and communicative throughout the whole process. Eber was able to come out and give a estimate for all repairs needed with a estimate the same day. I called 6 different roofing companies with little to no response and day to three days later with a estimate. Felix who was the roofing employee that completed the work was amazing!
Very communicative with pictures and explanations on the work that he will be doing and had it done in two days! Quality work! Also forgot to mention once I had the funds ready to start the work they were able to get me on the schedule within a couple of days, amazing! Will definitely use in the future and recommend to anyone looking to get some repairs done. Thanks again to Eber, Felix and New Era Roofing for everything!

New Era Roofing did an outstanding job with our re-roofing project. From the initial roof examination though the final install, everyone involved was professional and friendly and took all the time needed to answer any questions my wife and I had. There was no high pressure sales, just an honest assessment of our roof and detailed information of the materials to be used and work that was to be performed.

We had a great experience with New Era Roofing from getting a quick estimate(incredibly fair price compared to the other bids we received) and a quick timely turn around to completion of our roof repair. The receptionist, the scheduler, the roofers were all polite and professional and did a great job. All this rain we have been receiving we were worried the repair would be pushed out awhile, instead it was completed the first opportunity they had. I asked New Era roofing and remodeling for a bid - they were very polite, professional with modern techniques. The rep used an ipad to immediately show me pictures and give me a bid. their follow up was excellent. I went with a different company only because they did my neighbors and I didn't have the best experience but new era roofing should be give good consideration - i was very pleased with my interactions

New Era Roofing came recommended and did not disappoint. We were able to see work done on other homes and felt they were the right choice. We stand by our decision to work with New Era Roofing. They provided great communication and made the whole process very easy. They were also very very fast when it came down to getting the old roof off and the new one installed.
The crew cleaned up after everyday and did all within their power to respect the area in which they were working. They do not use subcontractors and they are insured - which I really liked!

We had an issue with our second home. We thought of no one else for the job but New Era Roofing. The roof was examined and only the work that needed to be done was quoted. No trying to sell something we didn't need. Professionalism and quality of work is second to none. When it is time for a re-roof on this particular house, without hesitation we will go with New Era Roofing. I was impressed with Eber's oversight of his crew and really appreciated the fact that the crew cleaned up every night before leaving. There's a lot of debris when a roof is replaced. My quote from Eber was right in line with the other bids and easy to work with. I decided to give Eber the roof job since his bid outlined the services he would be providing. I was concerned about my Koi Pond that is next to the house and they made a cloth cover attached to the roof edges to catch any falling debris. He was very considerate of any request you made and was able to communicate to his workers. The roof looks great and the area was cleared and clean. I definitely would recommend him. The best in Fort Lauderdale.

We chose New Era because of their representative, Emmanuel Herrera who explained all we needed to know about the different types of rooves and what is needed for a hurricane proof roof. This company did an excellent job in installing our new roof and Emmanuel was always there when we had questions as the job progressed. He is definitely an asset to the company.

When I first had Angie's list send out requests for estimates, they called me within 10 minutes. Even after I mentioned I wanted a couple more estimates (to repair a roof leak), he graciously offered to place a tarp over the area where he found the leak and did so even though it had started to rain a little (fortunately he finished before it rained harder).
A couple days after I hired them they showed promptly and performed the repair. They were courteous, professional and provided photos of the area where they laid new underlayment and the tiles after the work was finished. They repaired a couple of times that had cracked as well. It has rained hard since the repair and my ceiling is still dry. I would recommend New Era Roofing without hesitation.

Best customer experience I've been exposed to in a long time, not only are they professionals and very good at their craft, they understand that a job is about the customer as well, that we need to understand the process. Spending 31k on your roof should be done with confidence and no regrets so it is like a breath of fresh air to deal with a company that shows how much they care about their customers.
