We did our due diligence and quoted with 2 other roofing companies before contracting with Mike at Custom Exteriors. Mike's presentation and knowledge about current Loveland codes was impressive and the turnaround time he committed to was significantly shorter than the other competitors. Once we agreed on the right shingle (#4 Impact for, Loveland code). Mike and his crew moved quickly.
Our roof was completed on time and looks GREAT! The crew is polite, professional, and took great care of our home and gardens. They were great with communication. I could not believe how quickly it was done, and it looks great!
