Great experience working with SlopePro. Truly professional team. The representative, Austin Gregory, made the process easy from start to finish. We filed an insurance claim and they were very understanding, as insurance can be a little slower to work with, but Austin kept us on schedule so we can have our roof completed in the time frame we discussed. Can't thank them enough.

This was such a lovely surprise (especially when dealing with a major fear) when meeting Austin from SlopePro. I was impressed by the uniqueness of the company's ethics and practices being more "future focused". The Price is Right, and I felt "listened to", included and would recommend this company to anyone who is ready to make a change. I look forward to furthermore work when needed!

We have used SlopePro a few times now and have been nothing but pleased with their professionalism, promptness, and quality of work. We live in a home with the original slate roof from the 1930's and it's such a relief to know that SlopePro is not only experienced with that type of roof, but genuinely cares about protecting and maintaining our roof for decades more! We would, and plan to, happily hire them again.

Justin, Alden, Aaron and Henry were the best. Our house required a new roof but before the roof could be replaced our front porch needed structural repairs, rafters needed replacing. Before we called SlopePro we had multiple roofers come out and not one wanted to do the front porch repairs, they all said it was beyond their skill level, in addition we wanted blue shingles to match garage and shed roofs and they all said, "well if we can get them, but you might have to go with a different color if blue is not available. Justin was our first contact with SlopePro, and when he saw what was involved with the front porch repairs he had Alden come out to take a look. Alden said, "we can fix that, no problem!" and when I said I would like blue shingles Alden said might take a bit longer to get blue in but I can definitely do blue shingles for you.

They all did a terrific job, very attentive, followed up on any of our questions, we can't say enough good about Justin, Alden, Aaron, Henry and crew. We have another roof that will need replacement and look forward to working with everyone at SlopePro again.

After talking with Alden the owner, I think the job was not translated properly. But overall he got me straight. Great customer service in taking care of the issues

Henry inspected my roof & discovered that one of the 3 plumbing pipes in attic were cause of yellow water stains in bedroom ceiling. A Couple of other roof companies said I needed new roof but failed to see the wear of caulking around one of the pipes. Henry found cause & scheduled a date following week to replace all 3 pipes & placed new tubing over pipes to keep water from entering into attic again. My experience with Slopepro was excellent. I received a hand written letter in the mail and I was impressed from the start. Henry was assigned to take care of the inspection and quoting process. He was very detailed and walked me through the process. The company was also more than willing to match other offers. Overall a very well earned five star rating for this company!

SlopePro is unlike any other roof company that I've worked with. I've been a project manager on several construction sites and own my own properties too and I have never had this level of professionalism and knowledge from any roof company before. The guys here know what they are doing and on top of it they make it their mission to put their customers first and will do anything it takes to satisfy their customers.

About 12 shingles had blown off of my roof. After getting a few estimates I decided to hire SlopePro. The Roofing Representative, Justin, did a wonderful job explaining who what when where and why. I say this because he answered about a thousand of my questions that I had. He exhibited extreme patience, was on time, gave an excellent remedy and the price was lower than competitors that I'd called. Justin won me over especially with his professionalism.

I had a roofing job done by another firm in Richmond, probably 12 years ago. I started getting leaks around my plumbing vent pipes and my bathroom ventilator exhaust. This was because they left the old flashing and fixtures. The firm that did my roof, twelve years ago, charged me 400 bucks to repair, then I had another leak and they estimated another 400 dollars more.

This was all because of stuff they did not replace when re-roofing. They told me that they did not usually replace stuff like that unless the owner asks them to. I attempted to work with them, and they were not responsive, so I called Slope Pro. The rep was pleasant/professional enough. He came back with two estimates - one that should be good for the next 15 years and the other for the next 30.

He also pointed out that my chimney flashing needed some attention, so he had an order to fix that too. I selected the 15 year estimate. They came out and fixed it for me. This work was done a few months ago. I waited to do the review to see if my problems were fixed and they were - so I reviewed. I would recommend Slope Pro. If I am in this house in 15 years, and my roof needs to be replaced, I will call them.

I worked with Justin Tuskey to install a new roof and convert my old built in gutters to a modern gutter. I cannot say enough good things about this company and him personally. They were so responsive, proactive, honest, and did a wonderful job. We called SlopePro to give us an estimate on repairing our leaky porch roof. After Alden came and walked around up there, he gave us the option of repairing just the damaged area or replacing the entire roof. His obvious knowledge and professionalism impressed us as he answered our questions and explained how the roof could be updated (as it was an old roof).

We decided after receiving the very reasonable estimate to replace the entire roof. The crew was both professional and courteous and, as promised, removed every speck of roofing debris.
