Calls are either answered immediately or returned promptly, and by someone I could easily understand. Scheduling was timely, too. Ethan was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. The estimate was done efficiently and thoroughly. I had subsequent questions; Ethan and Viktor were timely and helpful with their replies. The estimate is reasonable and I look forward to having the work completed shortly.

It must have been assumed that I would purchase a new roof only if State Farm accepted my claim. I would be interested in RoofingUSA's BEST estimate for the cost to replace the roof so I can research some choices. Thank you.

Chris was very professional. He explained the process with me. He came back and meet with the adjuster from Allstate, keeping me up-to-date on how things going.

I'm still waiting for an appointment to fix my roof. The inspection was done last week. Fortunately, it is only a repair around the chimney and not an entire roof. The inspector, Bart, was very professional and friendly.

Have not used this company yet. John showed up on time and did a thorough inspection of the attic area and discovered existing leaks, but due to weather conditions (raining) could not do the roof inspection. He is a very professional gentleman and left an excellent impression on us. We've made a new appointment when he'll come and do the roof inspection and provide us a proposal to install new roof.

If we end up using this company, I'll be able to provide a more comprehensive feedback. Update: They have finished the job now and we're very happy with their professionalism, quality of work and service orientation. Highly recommend them.

After several attemps to get our damaged roof replaced only Roofing USA was able to accurately assess the damage to qualify for the insurance for our new roof. They have proven themselves professional and thorough in their work and took excellent care of the our property throughout the work being carried out. John Burley was incredibly helpful. We called because of a leak we were having. He did a full inspection of our roof and came back with an estimate of what was needed instead of trying to sell us on a full replacement. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to fix an issue, but hesitant they would feel pressure to replace the entire roof.

Tom Lang with Roofing USA performed a roof inspection and then after insurance company approval a full roof replacement due to hail damage. Mr. Lang did an outstanding job as did the rest of his crew. He was very professional and the job was performed perfectly. I have highly recommended him to my friends and neighbors. Hurricane Ian left its mark on our house and we contacted Roofing USA to evaluate our damage. We were worried about a leak, but they came quickly to inspect and let us know we weren't in as bad of shape as we imagined. Very attentive during project. Jason came to my home and explained the whole project, and his employees showed up on time and did the project in a timely fashion. Once, done they came back a day later to do final touch up work. They kept the site clean, worked around weather delays to complete the project without delay. All questions carefully answered. Victor, Katie and Jimmy were wonderful arranging, scheduling and inspecting my home for roof damage. Jimmy inspected and photographed the exterior roofing and interior water damage to ceilings and walls. He then patiently and in great detail guided me through the claims process with my insurance company. Based on my experience thus far, I will use this veteran owned company, Roofing USA, for repairs and replacement without seeking any other estimates! Roofing USA did such a good job working with my insurance company and their appraiser, my insurance company, USAA, settled the claim immediately. Today, Victor and his team of a dozen hard working professionals removed our old roof, replaced damaged sheathing and installed a new roof with proper flashing and underlay.

This well oiled machine completed the job in one 12 hour day, starting with safety prep and protecting shrubs and plants, all the way through to an admirable job cleaning up and removing all debris. I wholeheartedly recommend Roofing USA if you're in need of quality work in the Low Country area of South Carolina.

A tree hit our roof as a result from the Hurricane Ian. I contacted roof U.S.A. day of the incident they were out the next morning to assess. Quoted and scheduled repair and were fixed Within a week. Professional, prompt and very easy to work with. There was 1 mis-Que that they identified and fixed no charge. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Tim made sure it was a great experience from start to finish. He explained everything clearly, the process, the cost, etc. Everything went as explained & actually finished a day early. They did a great job with cleanup & Tim even walked the property after for final inspection of cleanup. Highly recommend this professional company for their service & quality work.

Let me start by saying, I did not have the opportunity to utilize the company's services. However, I have no doubt they would have performed an outstanding job on my roof. When I contacted the company for an estimate they set up an appointment within 48hrs. I had the pleasure of working with CODY. He was very professional, informative and VERY instrumental in getting my insurance claim bought by State Farm Insurance Company (that's not an easy thing to accomplish). Unfortunately, the two companies couldn't agree on total damage costs ( SF is stingy!) and I didn't have the funds beyond my deductible. Alas, there was a lesson to be learned. I need to change my insurance company!

I asked my neighbor why he was getting a new roof, since our houses were built around the same time (12 years ago). He said he had hail damage from a storm that recently came through. He gave me Cooper's card with Roofing USA. Cooper answered the phone when I called and was at my house with a drone later that afternoon. He and Tim went up on the roof and took pictures of what was obviously hail damage. Cooper and Tim helped me file a claim with my homeowners insurance and took care of everything from start to finish.

They worked directly with my insurance company to get the claim approved (it wasn't easy!) and communicated with me throughout the entire process start to finish. Pleasant, have them come out and check to see if you too had hail damage from a storm that came through the summer of 2021. There is no charge for the inspection and you might end up with a brand roof for just your deductible.

Roofing USA recently replaced our storm-damaged roof. Their representative, Cody Lemon, was very punctual, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful in walking us through what normally would be a very stressful process, especially dealing with the insurance company. He answered all questions immediately and was very forthright and honest. We would highly recommend Cody and his company for any roof needs you might have for a seamless, stress-free experience.

The sales team were so informative and friendly. They took the lead on speaking with our insurance company. We were only approved for half of the roof to be replaced and Roofing USA insisted on an entire replacement. It was no additional cost to me. The roofing crew were fast (2 days), friendly, quiet (as quiet as removing a roof could be), and clean.

The entire time 4 roofers were removing shingles, 1 was on the ground cleaning up. It was wonderful to have someone keeping my yard tidy so I could let my dogs out when the time came. One of my screens were nicked by a falling shingle and they replace it immediately, as well as the one right next to it just so it didn't look faded. I was completely taken care of from start to finish and now I have the best looking roof on the block.

I just got my 20 year old roof replaced through an insurance claim due to hail damage. Roofing USA walked me through the whole process with the insurance company, quickly scheduled the work and got the roof replaced in 2 days. Although it was loud and messy for two days, the crew came back on the third day and did a thorough clean up around the entire house.
