Douglas Construction Sales, Project Manager, and the Roofing Crew are all true professionals in their areas of expertise, that you can trust. What impressed me the most was the information I was given on the roofing ventilation system that they advised needed to be updated from the original installed 25 years ago, when the house was built. No other roofing company I consulted, ever mentioned they should change some things when installing the new roof, that would greatly improve ventilation, help to make the attic cooler and actually make a new roof more efficient. From my first contact to my last they were easy and a pleasure to work with.

I am totally satisfied with everything. Douglas Construction appeared soon after a hail storm and offered to inspect. Besides finding hail damage, discovered a roof vent blown away by wind. D. R made a temporary repair to prevent water damage. Olivia then helped me prepare a claim with my insurer, USAA. whose response was immediate and fantastic. After my HOA approved the repair, scheduling and work was almost immediate. Fantastic! Thanks to USAA and Douglas Construction.

We had a great experience with Douglas Construction Company. They are very professional. We had storm damage and Hayden took care of everything, and was present at every step of the process. He gave us a free roof inspection, communicated with the insurance company, and before we knew it we had new high quality gutters and a beautiful new roof. We couldn't have asked for more!

Douglas Construction were kind, professional, and helped explain our insurance policy in an understanding way. They were patient and didn't hassle us. Douglas Construction was one of many companies that came through my neighborhood after a storm last spring. The rep that came by my house was great in following up at my requested intervals and was always polite and communicative. When I was ready to have the roof work done he worked with me and the insurance company a file claim and payment received quickly.

On the day of install I selected for December, 2021, the team showed up as expect and knocked out the removal and replacement all in one day with a project manager on site to answer any questions I might have while the team was working. I would certainly use Douglas Construction again should the need come up.

From the day Edward called me until the roof and gutters were replaced these guys were the best I've ever worked with. Hands down the best experience, best value, and sincerely pleasant folks to work on your roof. They are flexible to your schedule (I work nights and usually free on Friday nights- but no problem there, our consult was on a Friday evening and not because Igor did not have anything better to do). After Hurricane Ida, we were desperate to have a new roof installed back on our home. We talked to several contractors before deciding on Douglas Construction.
