Services
We perform waterproofing work for "Steep Slope" as well as "Low Slope" or "True Flat" roofing.
Our preferred "True Flat" product line is Duro-Last.
For residential products at twelve squares or less, we also use a self adhering (S/A/) two or three-ply membrane system such as the GAF Liberty or CertainTeed FlintLastic system.
We utilize a variety of shingle manufacturers so we can provide our customers a combination of a better value as well as color and performance relevant to each individual job.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our work, and believe that our quality shows through the reccomendations and references of our former clients.
Please review the photos of our customers with their completed projects.
Anyone can drive by a nice looking house and claim it was their own project.
We pride ourselves on complete customer satisfaction and feel that it is more important to show a happy customer than a shiny house.
Besides, if you don't know what you're looking at, you might not know a good roof from a great one--especially if the photo is taken from 100 feet away!
Do you do "layovers, " or "second roofs" (putting new shingles directly on top of old ones?)
My insurance company sent someone out to inspect my roof, but they said it wasn't damaged.
I am not so sure, because I see a lot of roofing signs in my neighborhood and I have talked to my neighbors.
What are my options?
If I file an insurance claim, will my insurance company raise my rates or cancel my policy--even if I am not paid on a claim?
My insurance company has given me a list of repair companies, but I don't know if I want to use these contractors.
Your home is likely the largest, most important investment you and your family will ever make.
Whether you're planning on retiring in your home, passing it on to your loved ones, or are thinking of selling your home, making sure the home's roof is sound is one of the most important things you can do.
A leaky, substandard roof can lead to mold growth throughout your home, can make an easy entry site for different types of pests, and, in extreme cases, can render your home dangerous and even uninhabitable.
